Although other child care books try to do this, usually they are "lite" versions, and you wonder what sort of person wrote them (are they worried about getting sued if they provide too much information?).This author speaks from a TON of experience. Indeed, the title does not convey the true nature of the book. My first question on seeing this book was, is it going to be as successful and thought-provoking as Carr's previous book The Shallows?
