My remarks are my experience with the product. I had no idea what it could be about but it was a great story line. If you've ever thought "I wish I could draw a building or landscape and have it look more realistic", this is the book for you. Great read if your interested to learn more about dolphins and John Lilly. But the authors spend most of their time lecturing the reader about how to life your life and how to be exceptional in all aspects of it. That makes it much easier to follow Howe's plan.
