She never took the initiative to go back to school, get further training, etc. This is a wonderful book for any lover of Sargent's work. Well, I wrote a review of this book a couple of weeks ago, just after I started it. Officer Burke describes so much, including receiving the medal of Honor from Mayor Koch.But in the end, she concludes, she has her self esteem and dignity. Insightful and ahead of its time. Easy reading.. they start out on all counts, but they assume no one will go any further than they are thinking when you go to do all it says it can do there is no explanations that deliver going 75 percent of the distance is still not arriving.
