It was great fun to read his thoughts on so many scientific principles that still intrigue us today.. I wanted to see how the author would bring this character some redemption. Billy is wanted for murder, and since both he and Strachey are gay, the detective must have some ideas as to where the young man has fled. I hope it didn't even have an editor, so that all the blame can be laid at just the author's feet. Other fun ones were "accusapaloosa" and "Mel-Hos place." **. First, as a gay man, I am always looking for literature that connects me to who I am as an indiviual. I know, count it up people, that's seven horny gay men under one roof! As one would expect, chaos ensues. It's a good chaos though. He is witty, brilliant, and talented. Ethan Day continues to be one of my favorite authors. The secondary characters are well-written as well. The mystery kept me guessing throughout the entire book. "Cobra in the Barn" was so good that I worried this follow up might seem watered down, but if anything, the sequel is even better than the original. Oh where to start? I found this book a little less mad-cap than Ethan's other books. This is the third book I have listened to by him, and I have yet to have a single complaint. He hasIt's every gay man's fantasy - to travel the globe in search of some fun. What he finds are the raw universal physical needs of men beyond the bounds of race or identity, and the fleeting and intangible nature of love itself.. One lucky travel writer has done just that, and here he chronicles his diverse encounters while on the road - from a man in wet Speedos on a Puerto Rican beach to a uniformed Russian train conductor, from a lonely boy in a Senegalese village to an exposed and smiling Aboriginal in an Australian frontier town
